Get to know Rachel Ricks
Rachel has loved the idea of digital marketing from the very moment she realized what it was and loves how it creates the perfect environment for strategy to meet creativity. While she has held many different positions over the past years at Disruptive, her favorite moments have all centered around helping clients or employees grow and scale in ways they didn't think were possible. She is currently on the Enterprise team and specializing in strategy, growth, and innovation for larger DTC and CPG brands. In her spare time you can find her listening to and/or performing in musicals, actively pursuing her goal to see as many countries in the world as possible, and always juggling a few home improvement projects.
